It's a common phrase, uttered by many and to which many more can agree. But what exactly is a resource in this context?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By resource we mean the individual contribution of experience, knowledge and competence of one or more employees, which as a whole moves the company forward and at the same time contributes to the development of everything from internal working methods to new methods for sales and creativity in service development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To promote your employees' ability to thrive in the workplace and create a creative environment where each individual can develop and thus drive the company forward, employee surveys are an excellent tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>An employee survey may include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>get feedback on the implementation of new internal projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>take the temperature on the work environment and other HR work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>provide feedback on leadership<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>provide input on work situation, motivation and commitment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Clear goal and responsible<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For those who are about to initiate a survey with their employees, it is important to define what is to be investigated. Equally important is to formulate the purpose and goals of the survey \u2013 how will the answers be analyzed and what will the results be used for, in what way and when? The essence of the above is thus to have a clear sender and person responsible for the survey. And a clear area that the questions address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When it comes to questions, it is crucial that they are relevant to the employee's everyday life. With the Employee Satisfaction Index (NMI) survey method and One Survey, you have a complete survey with associated questions, which also gives you a calculated result, all according to the NMI standard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to measure other values, you can easily add questions that deal with the development or improvement of, for example, methods, relationships or working methods. When formulating questions about employees' everyday lives and the development of the group, they can be based on, for example, the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>How do we create commitment and enthusiasm in the workplace?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What does well-being at work mean?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How can we develop teams and relationships between employees?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What can the individual themselves change and contribute?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>With that basis for questions, it is possible to create an employee survey that can provide the answers, insights and perspectives needed for development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">High priority and clear benefit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have these two parts in place, a defined area and a clearly defined person responsible, as well as questions that can clearly contribute to improvements, it is important to clearly demonstrate the priority and value of the survey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By creating time and commitment for all employees to respond to the survey, there is the opportunity for good response results, which in turn form the basis for analysis, actions and activities to help the group drive improvement in ongoing development work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This in turn contributes to both individual and collective development of everything from relationships to goal achievement, well-being, creativity or financial results. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">One Survey, a smart survey tool<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course, it is also important to choose a smart tool for the survey.
